Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full-Cycle Recruiter - (Generalist).

Key Responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting for roles across GTM and G&A teams
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
• Source, screen, and interview candidates while managing candidate communication

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• In-house recruiting experience is required
• Generalist recruiting background across multiple functions
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting for technology or SaaS organizations is a plus
