Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contractor - Renewal Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client retention and renewal of inventory accounts while coordinating with the Sales Team
  • Achieve key performance indicators related to account retention and year-over-year growth of renewals
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience and drive overall satisfaction
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, Business, Healthcare, Supply Chain, or relevant work experience
  • 2+ years of prior account management and B2B sales experience preferred
  • Prior healthcare experience is preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience in Salesforce or other CRM preferred
