Job Summary

A company is looking for a contract Sales Development Representative (SDR).

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and LinkedIn
  • Qualify outbound-sourced prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and book discovery calls
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene and exceed weekly outreach and meeting targets
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or high-activity outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or HR tech
  • Proven experience with high-volume cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools, specifically Salesforce and Apollo
  • Familiarity with employee benefits, financial wellness, or retirement ecosystems
  • Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred
