Job Summary
A company is looking for a contract Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and LinkedIn
- Qualify outbound-sourced prospects into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and book discovery calls
- Maintain Salesforce hygiene and exceed weekly outreach and meeting targets
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or high-activity outbound sales role, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or HR tech
- Proven experience with high-volume cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting
- Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools, specifically Salesforce and Apollo
- Familiarity with employee benefits, financial wellness, or retirement ecosystems
- Startup or high-growth company experience is preferred
