Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and experienced Contract Sales Recruiter, this fully remote contract position will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, from job postings to extending offers
• Proactively source top sales talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other creative strategies
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience, particularly for sales roles
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards
• Prior experience recruiting for technology or cybersecurity companies is strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple open requisitions in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
