Job Summary

Driving full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles, the full-time remote Contract Sales Recruiter will partner with sales leaders to define talent needs, build candidate pipelines, and deliver high-quality hires during a critical growth phase.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and manage full-cycle recruiting for Sales roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview management
  • Collaborate with sales leaders to align on hiring needs and deliver against growth priorities
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage high-caliber sales talent in competitive markets
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in Sales or go-to-market talent
  • Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments
  • Experience partnering with sales leaders as a trusted talent advisor
  • Strong sourcing skills with the ability to build candidate pipelines in competitive markets
  • Prior experience in SaaS, fintech, crypto, compliance, or complex B2B environments is a plus
