Contract Senior Product Designer

Job Summary

Seeking a Contract Senior Product Designer to work remotely on a part-time basis, this role focuses on owning design workstreams for personal loan and HELOC products, conducting user research, and contributing to a design system while collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Own design for assigned product workstreams, from problem framing to high-fidelity Figma deliverables
• Conduct and synthesize user research to inform design decisions and identify friction points
• Iterate rapidly based on stakeholder feedback and design AI-powered product experiences

Required qualifications:

• 6-8+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio in UX and UI across web and mobile
• Expertise in Figma, including component-driven design and prototyping
• Experience with the UX design process, including information architecture and user flows
• Ability to conduct lightweight user research and synthesize findings
• Experience designing AI-powered product features and using AI-assisted design tools
