Contract Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (Contract) to support hiring efforts in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for open roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer stages
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build diverse candidate pipelines
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and workflows in the applicant tracking system

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including full-cycle recruiting
• Experience recruiting in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally for GTM roles
• Proactive and organized approach to managing multiple searches
• Experience with an ATS such as Greenhouse, Ashby, or Lever
• Comfort using recruiting data to evaluate pipeline health and improve results
