Contract Senior Recruiter

Job Summary

Working remotely on a limited duration contract, the Contract Senior Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, partner with leadership to align hiring objectives, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent for various roles.

Key responsibilities:

• Own recruiting and employee selection efforts for all roles and levels at Pirate Ship
• Collaborate with Senior Leadership to understand hiring objectives and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Generate a healthy pipeline of candidates through branding initiatives, sourcing, and recruitment trends analysis

Required qualifications:

• At least 5+ years of in-house corporate recruiting experience in a high-tech or high-growth industry
• Experience building and scaling creative teams across design, copy, and brand disciplines
• Proven track record of recruiting with a focus on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
• Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Greenhouse
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a rapidly changing environment
