Job Summary

Seeking a seasoned Contract Senior Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment remotely, focusing on sourcing, screening, and onboarding top-tier talent across various teams while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and collaboration with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full-cycle recruitment processes for teams such as Marketing, Finance, Product, Growth, and Sales
• Build partnerships with hiring managers to understand needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from application through onboarding, facilitating structured interviews aligned with hiring principles

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of in-house, full-cycle recruiting experience across functions such as Finance, Sales, or Growth
• Demonstrated success in partnering with diverse hiring teams within complex organizations
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of DEI best practices and competency-based interviewing
• Experience with modern ATS, preferably Greenhouse, and familiarity with sourcing platforms like Gem
