Contract Senior Sales Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the Contract Senior Sales Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market roles on a project basis, operating remotely and independently to deliver qualified candidate slates and manage the candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deliver qualified candidate slates for assigned GTM requisitions using personal sourcing methods and networks
• Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through the offer stage, coordinating directly with hiring managers
• Provide periodic progress updates and maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS throughout the engagement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience specifically in GTM/sales functions
• Proven ability to run searches independently with minimal onboarding
• Established personal sourcing network and tools
• Experience as an independent recruiter or consultant, preferably with multiple concurrent clients
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or comparable ATS platforms is preferred
