Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Setup Analyst to manage contract intake, analysis, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and review incoming revenue contract requests, analyzing terms for completeness and accuracy
  • Utilize Workday to manage contracts, monitor project risks, and generate necessary reports
  • Communicate with internal and external parties regarding contract updates and process improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in project accounting or financial management, preferably in a project-based environment
  • Understanding of accounting principles, including revenue recognition and project budgeting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; Workday experience is an asset
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
