Contract Solutions Manager

Job Summary

Managing contract review projects, the full-time remote Contract Solutions Manager will oversee review teams, perform contract analysis, and ensure successful project delivery while supporting client communications and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage review teams, lead quality control efforts, and provide project reporting for contract review projects
• Assist with operational requirements, including work requests, Relativity uploads, and coding panel creation
• Support the sales team on client proposals and responses to RFPs, including budget estimates

Required qualifications

• Experience managing review teams for large projects
• Strong proficiency in Relativity and moderate-to-strong Excel skills
• Highly analytical job experience or academic background
• Intellectual curiosity and a drive to provide exceptional client service
• Experience running quality control processes
