Contract Sourcer for CFPs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Sourcer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to identify and source passive CFP talent
• Manage candidate data and movement within Workable to maintain accurate CRM records
• Execute high-volume outreach to engage candidates and facilitate quick transitions to interviews

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in sourcing for Financial Advisors, Wealth Managers, or CFPs
• Advanced proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Workable
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of the CFP certification process and regulatory landscape
• Availability to commit to 40 hours per week for the next 90 days, with potential for extension
