Contract Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist responsible for coordination, preparation, and execution of clinical study contracts.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, and execute clinical study contracts and amendments for assigned projects
• Track and oversee contract status, including dispatch and return of contracts
• Negotiate financial and legal conditions and act as a single point of contact for local Legal and ERC

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or a related field; advanced degree or legal qualification preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contracts management, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or clinical research industry
• Strong knowledge of contract law, legal principles, and regulatory requirements relevant to clinical trials
• Ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities, capable of managing multiple contracts and priorities
