Contract Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to manage the end-to-end contract process and support a dedicated sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end contract process for renewals and new business, acting as the primary point of contact for contract strategy and execution
• Participate in pipeline review sessions to advise on commercial approaches and address potential contractual risks
• Independently draft Tier 1 sales contracts and ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business administration, information systems, management, or a relevant area
• Minimum 3 years of contract-related experience in procurement, finance, legal, or sales support roles
• Fluency in English (spoken & written) is essential
• Experience with Salesforce CRM and/or Apttus is strongly desired
