Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist who will manage all phases of contract development.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with payers to ensure appropriate reimbursement
• Review and analyze contracts to identify risks and ensure legal compliance
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on contract modifications and approvals

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent with excellent academic credentials
• Paralegal certification
• 3+ years of contract experience
• Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
