Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist (3783) to work remotely on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft various contract modifications and memoranda for records
• Review contractor deliverables and coordinate responses
• Support the development of performance evaluation metrics and conduct meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher with a minimum of 15 years of contracting experience
• Expert knowledge in FAR, DEAR, and procurement guidance
• Ability to navigate and research acquisition-related documents
• Experience in drafting contractual correspondence and updating procedures
• US citizenship is required due to government contract requirements
