Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist to manage the lifecycle of program contracts and ensure compliance and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts from award through execution, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Lead contract-related projects, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables
• Draft, review, and manage complex scopes of work, amendments, and related documents

Required Qualifications

• Post-secondary education
• 3+ years of experience in contract administration or related roles, specifically with Federal contracts
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
• Familiarity with government and utility energy efficiency and energy transition programs
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other contract management systems
