Contract Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Specialist I to manage health plan contracts and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze medical and dental plan documents for compliance with specifications and regulations
• Function as a subject matter expert and respond to inquiries regarding plan documents
• Produce Summary of Benefit and Coverage and Plan Change Form documents under tight deadlines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
• 1-2 years of insurance experience preferred
• Proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office applications
• Minimum typing ability of 35 wpm
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and project a professional image
