Contract Specialist

Job Summary

Providing contract drafting and negotiation services, the full-time remote Contract Specialist will manage a variety of agreements including NDAs and service agreements while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements such as NDAs and service agreements
• Utilize contract management systems and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders
• Independently manage workload by prioritizing tasks and attending stakeholder meetings

Required qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school is required
• Bar admission to any state is preferred
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in contract negotiation with solid drafting skills
• Experience in M&A, data protection/privacy, and service agreements is preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
