Contract Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Contract Specialist will operationalize and maintain Fee For Service Agreements, manage complex contract reviews, and resolve network issues while ensuring data integrity across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct accurate and timely contract reviews, ensuring compliance with operational language and rates
• Independently research and resolve complex network and claims issues in collaboration with internal teams
• Maintain data accuracy across various systems and provide weekly reports on workflow metrics

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in high-volume research or complex administrative resolution work
• Advanced Excel skills, including formula writing and data management
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and database management systems
• Proven track record of performance in a production-based environment
