Contract Specialist

Job Summary

As a strategic partner in a full-time remote role, the Contract Specialist will manage complex commercial contracting activities, lead negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance contract operations for eCommerce Services Clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the review, drafting, redlining, and negotiation of complex commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements
• Act as a trusted advisor to business department leaders, providing guidance on contractual risk and compliance requirements
• Initiate process improvements to streamline workflows and enhance internal compliance related to contract management

Required qualifications:

• 6+ years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts
• In-house experience with Legal, Procurement, or Commercial Contracts teams
• Significant experience leading complex negotiations with enterprise customers or vendors
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-impact contracts under tight deadlines
• Experience advising cross-functional teams on risk assessments and contract recommendations
