Contract Specialist
Job Summary
To support contract management needs, the temporary remote Contract Specialist will provide contract drafting and negotiation services, focusing on various agreements while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of agreements, including NDAs and service agreements
- Manage workload independently by assessing priorities and deadlines for assigned tasks
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders, guiding them based on legal guidance and company policies
Required qualifications
- JD from an accredited law school is required
- Bar admission to any state is preferred
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in contract negotiation and drafting
- Experience in M&A, data protection/privacy, and service agreements is preferred
- Proficiency with contract management systems and Microsoft Suite
