Contract Specialist, Cloud Integrations

Job Summary

Supporting the planning and operation of customer services in a global cloud infrastructure, the full-time remote Contract Specialist, Cloud Integrations will prepare and manage customer contracts, coordinate approvals, and maintain accurate records while ensuring efficient service delivery.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare customer contracts and order documentation for Cloud Integrations services while supporting the internal approval process
• Manage a high volume of transactions, validating scope, pricing, and customer requirements for accuracy
• Coordinate with various stakeholders to support clean migration and service handoffs, tracking customer commitments and deliverables

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3+ years of experience in contract administration, sales operations, or a related support role
• Understanding of quote-to-order and contract-processing workflows, particularly in complex transactions
• Experience with CRM and operational systems, preferably Salesforce and ServiceNow
• Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure and managed services, with proficiency in Microsoft Office products
