Contract Strategy Director

Job Summary

Supporting the Senior Director of Global Contract Strategy, the full-time Contract Strategy Director will develop and implement strategic contracting models for EPC delivery, ensuring alignment with commercial frameworks while working in a hybrid or fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and develop alternative strategic contracting models in collaboration with EPC Central Leadership, CELA, and Finance
• Create partner-focused commercial structures that facilitate Early Contractor Involvement and project funding
• Maintain consistency in contracting models, ensuring sound risk allocation and alignment with the Senior Director's Global Contract Strategy agenda

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Business, Finance, or related field with 5+ years of relevant experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years of experience
• Expertise in alternative delivery and contracting models such as Partnering, Strategic Agreements, and Multiple Prime
• Command of Early Contractor Involvement, advance funding, and speed-to-market execution
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and functional Power BI
• Data center construction or EPC domain experience is preferred
