Contract Support Lead

Job Summary

Leading a primary focus contracting group, the full-time Contract Support Lead will draft, review, and manage contracts while ensuring compliance and mitigating risks, with the option for remote work at the manager's discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and execution to renewal and amendments using the Icertis platform
• Gather requirements and configure the Icertis application, including contract types, templates, and approval workflows
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts meet legal standards and business needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5 years of contract administration experience in biotech, pharma, hospital, healthcare, or legal environments required
• 5 years of contract lifecycle management experience with knowledge of contract language and relevant laws preferred
