Contract Support Lead

Job Summary

Supporting a primary focus contracting group, the full-time Contract Support Lead will draft, review, and manage physician contracts while ensuring compliance and risk management processes are followed, with the possibility of remote work at the manager's discretion.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and review contracts to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Oversee the entire contract lifecycle using the Icertis platform, from initial request to execution and amendments
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide training on the Icertis platform

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5 years of contract administration experience in a healthcare or legal environment
• 5 years of experience in contract lifecycle management (CLM) and knowledge of contract language and regulations preferred
