Job Summary
Owning the full life-cycle recruiting process, the full-time Contract Talent Acquisition Partner will work remotely for 10-12 weeks to source talent across various roles, enhance candidate experience, and serve as a brand ambassador in a high-growth health tech environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for diverse roles from initial outreach to signed offers
- Utilize creative sourcing strategies to engage and attract top talent
- Build strong relationships with hiring leaders to develop job descriptions and interview strategies
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience (agency or corporate)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Proven ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Experience in high-volume, high-pressure hiring situations
- Comfortable with new technologies and an AI-forward approach to recruiting
