Job Summary
To support a growing organization, the part-time Contract Talent Acquisition Partner will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, partner with hiring leaders to clarify role needs, and build talent pipelines while working remotely on a contract basis for approximately 6 months.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with hiring leaders to translate business goals into effective hiring strategies
- Conduct structured interviews to assess candidate skills and alignment with team needs
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive outreach and creative sourcing methods
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate or in-house environment
- Demonstrated success in partnering with hiring managers across various roles and levels
- Strong interviewing and assessment skills, particularly with behavioral-based interviewing
- Proven ability to source and engage both active and passive candidates
- Experience recruiting in sales, real estate, or fast-paced growth environments is a plus
