Job Summary
To support ongoing hiring needs across various non-clinical business functions, the Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will provide remote recruiting support by managing requisitions, sourcing and screening candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers during the interview process.
Key responsibilities
- Provide recruiting support for overflow requisitions by assisting a collaborative talent acquisition team with active hiring needs
- Source, screen, and coordinate candidates for non-clinical roles such as call center, administrative, and claims-related positions
- Manage recruiting activities using applicant tracking systems and HRIS platforms to maintain accurate records
Required qualifications
- Three to five or more years of recruiting experience in an agency or full-cycle corporate environment
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for high volume, non-clinical or operational roles
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HRIS tools, and online sourcing platforms
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a team-oriented approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced recruiting environment
