Supporting recruiting operations remotely, the Contract Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage assigned requisitions, conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, and partner with hiring leaders to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned requisitions to ensure consistent candidate flow across multiple job categories
• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Collaborate with hiring leaders and internal recruiters to align on candidate profiles and hiring priorities

Required qualifications

• Prior experience in recruitment with a focus on managing full-cycle hiring processes
• Background in agency or high-volume recruiting environments is highly valued
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other hiring tools
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment
