Key Responsibilities

• Lead candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers through a seamless recruitment process
• Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on the interview process and candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring teams on sourcing and engaging passive talent

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a full-cycle capacity
• Experience with ATS, preferably Greenhouse
• Proven track record of hitting or exceeding recruitment goals
• Previous experience in cloud security or SaaS companies
• Experience in a fast-paced, hyper-growth startup environment
