Contract Talent Sourcer

Job Summary

Working remotely as an independent contractor, the Contract Talent Sourcer will identify and source qualified candidates for various client searches, conducting light screenings when requested and submitting candidates directly to the Practice Leader on a commission-based compensation structure.

Key responsibilities:

• Receive role briefs and source qualified candidates using various tools and networks
• Conduct light phone or video screens on candidates and submit them with structured screening notes
• Maintain communication with candidates and follow up on submissions as directed

Required qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn and boolean search
• Experience conducting candidate screens and documenting results
• Strong written communication skills with clear and structured screening notes
• US market recruiting experience and authorization to work in the United States
