Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to support their mission-driven team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles in DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and engineering positions requiring security clearance
• Partner with engineering and product leadership to shape role definitions and structured interview processes
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates with experience in government contracting and cleared environments

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within defense tech or government-facing SaaS companies
• Proven success in sourcing for DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity engineering roles
• Solid understanding of clearance levels and cleared candidate pipelines
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean searches
• Experience with modern ATS platforms, such as Ashby
