Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Recruiter for a 90-day contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit for Engineering, Product, and Design roles while managing the full-cycle recruiting process
• Build relationships with hiring managers to understand team needs and align recruitment strategies
• Utilize Greenhouse ATS and other sourcing tools to manage candidate pipelines and maintain data integrity

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, focusing on Engineering, Product, or Design roles
• Experience managing a full cycle recruiting process in high-growth or startup environments
• Strong sourcing skills for hard-to-fill technical roles
• Experience working in a remote environment with distributed teams
• Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS preferred
