Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
  • Drive efficient hiring processes focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain proactive communication throughout the recruiting process
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles
  • Experience in recruiting for scientific or specialized roles in fast-paced environments
  • Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
  • Experience using Asby ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is required
