Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and closing candidates
- Drive efficient hiring processes focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and maintain proactive communication throughout the recruiting process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a focus on technical roles
- Experience in recruiting for scientific or specialized roles in fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Experience using Asby ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter is required
