Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter (Temporary, 60 to 90 Days).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across multiple technical roles through proactive sourcing and outreach
• Conduct high-quality recruiter screens to evaluate alignment, level, and candidate motivations
• Drive candidates through the interview lifecycle with speed, coordination, and attention to detail

Required Qualifications

• 5 or more years of technical recruiting experience in a product or technology-driven environment
• Demonstrated experience hiring for software engineering and related technical roles
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close passive candidates
• Strong organizational and process management skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
