Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract and close top engineering talent
• Proactively source passive candidates using advanced sourcing methods to build a diverse talent pool
• Facilitate interview processes and drive the offer process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience focused on technical roles, including software engineering and data science
• Hands-on experience recruiting for specialized technology sectors with a proven track record of closing difficult positions
• Strong full-cycle recruiting experience managing requisitions from intake through offer acceptance
• Proven ability to source and hire passive candidates in fast-paced environments
• Immediate availability or ability to start within 2 weeks
