Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to support hiring across its Professional Services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-life-cycle recruiting for various Professional Services roles, including application support and implementation consultants
• Collaborate with Professional Services leaders to understand client delivery needs and translate them into job profiles
• Source candidates with experience in healthcare IT environments and maintain pipelines for contract and full-time roles

Required Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical or healthcare IT services
• Proven success in recruiting for professional services or client-facing technical roles
• Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and compliance-driven organizations is preferred
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and communicate effectively with delivery leaders
