Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Technical Recruiter to support hiring across its Professional Services organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-life-cycle recruiting for various Professional Services roles, including application support and implementation consultants
- Collaborate with Professional Services leaders to understand client delivery needs and translate them into job profiles
- Source candidates with experience in healthcare IT environments and maintain pipelines for contract and full-time roles
Required Qualifications
- 4-7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly in technical or healthcare IT services
- Proven success in recruiting for professional services or client-facing technical roles
- Familiarity with healthcare IT environments and compliance-driven organizations is preferred
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and communicate effectively with delivery leaders
