Job Summary
To support a high-velocity recruiting process, the remote Contract Technical Recruiter will manage the full recruiting lifecycle, attract and engage top talent across priority roles, and create positive candidate experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Efficiently identify and recruit exceptional talent while managing assigned searches
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to engage a diverse candidate pool
- Analyze recruiting metrics and provide actionable feedback to hiring managers
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of recruiting experience in high-growth US-headquartered tech startups
- Proven experience in hiring hard-to-fill roles using sourcing tools and market research
- Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and refine strategies based on insights
- Flexibility and adaptability to quickly familiarize with new roles and requirements
- Strong persistence and results-oriented mindset to meet ambitious outreach targets
