Contract Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support high-volume recruiting efforts for intern and entry-level positions in cloud and technical fields, the contract Technical Recruiter will work remotely to source, screen, and engage early-career candidates while collaborating with hiring teams throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for entry-level cloud and technical roles, assessing skills and fit
• Manage candidate communication and engagement throughout the full hiring process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for early-career candidates in cloud and distributed systems

Required qualifications

• 2 to 4 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and screening technical talent
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments managing multiple requisitions
• Experience recruiting for cloud, infrastructure, or related technical roles
• Experience supporting early-in-profession or university hiring programs
