Contract Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

Owning the full recruiting lifecycle for early-in-profession cloud and technical roles, the contract Recruiter will work remotely to source, assess, and close candidates while collaborating with hiring managers and stakeholders in a high-volume environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for cloud and Azure-aligned roles, from sourcing to offer and close
• Screen and assess candidates for technical skills and role alignment, maintaining candidate engagement throughout the process
• Build and maintain pipelines of early-career talent in cloud, platform, and infrastructure disciplines

Required qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of recruiting, sourcing, or talent acquisition experience
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting for cloud, Azure, or distributed systems roles
• Experience in high-volume recruiting environments and supporting early-in-profession hiring programs
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Strong ability to source specialized cloud and technical talent using multiple channels
