Contract Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

To support high-volume and specialized hiring initiatives, the remote Contract Technical Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting for critical technical roles, including data science and AI positions, while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to define technical requirements and hiring goals
• Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and networking strategies

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting for Data Science, Machine Learning, AI, or similar technical roles
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and software engineering roles
• Experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
