Contract Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time contract basis, the Contract Technical Recruiter will support full-cycle searches across the engineering organization, collaborating with hiring managers and the recruiting team to attract and close high-quality candidates who will contribute to the company's mission.

Key responsibilities

• Support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including aggressive sourcing and strategic closing of candidates
• Partner with Senior Recruiters and hiring managers to refine recruitment strategies and processes
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through targeted sourcing strategies and ensure a consistent, inclusive hiring process

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth, tech-enabled environments
• Proven ability to quickly learn new domains and deliver value in new focus areas
• Strong collaborative skills, acting as a strategic partner to stakeholders
• Experience in breaking down complex searches into clear, actionable plans
• Creative thinking in sourcing and engaging top technical talent
