Key responsibilities

- Demonstrated success in recruiting technical talent across multiple levels, including senior and leadership positions
- Strong network within AI, engineering, data, and digital communities
- Experience recruiting for large financial institutions or leading technology companies
- Proficiency in modern sourcing tools and ATS systems
