Key Responsibilities

• Own top-of-funnel sourcing for technical roles across multiple teams and geographies
• Develop creative sourcing strategies and build market intelligence to support hiring decisions
• Champion a thoughtful candidate experience while supporting equity and inclusion initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing or recruiting for engineering roles
• Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and ability to build targeted pipelines
• Power-user proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Greenhouse or a comparable ATS
• Experience sourcing across multiple geographies, including NA and EMEA markets
• Proven ability to operate in a high-velocity environment with a significant volume of open roles
