Contract Technical Sourcer
Job Summary
Working remotely on a contract basis, the Contract Technical Sourcer will identify and engage exceptional software engineering talent, partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies, and build high-quality pipelines for critical Staff+ engineering roles.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement creative sourcing strategies to identify exceptional backend, full-stack, and systems engineers
