Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Technical Writer to support a multi-phase documentation initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to extract product knowledge and standardize documentation
• Create a library of customer-facing technical documents, including reference architectures and standard operating procedures
• Perform gap analyses to identify documentation needs and support AI enablement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience writing technical documentation for enterprise software or data platforms
• Strong understanding of solution architecture and infrastructure documentation
• Experience in enterprise IT environments and familiarity with architectural patterns
• Ability to interview SMEs and engineers to synthesize complex systems
• Proven track record of standardizing documentation across various contributors
