Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Technical Writer specializing in AI, SaaS, Healthcare IT, EHR, and RCM.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize custom AI Assistants to create and iterate on documentation for software modules and features
• Apply healthcare expertise to ensure documentation is accurate and compliant for therapy practices
• Manage and publish articles in the Knowledge Management System while collaborating with Product Managers

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with EMR/EHR platforms and understanding of clinical or RCM workflows
• 3+ years of professional technical writing experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
• High comfort level using AI tools for drafting and editing documentation
• A portfolio demonstrating the ability to create clear and concise user documentation
• Familiarity with modern Knowledge Management Systems as an end user
