Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Technician I to support client needs related to insurance contract management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct file balancing and maintain the contract management system, tracking key update dates for reimbursement rules
• Complete contract build testing and audits to ensure accuracy before production
• Provide support to revenue cycle areas regarding calculations and reimbursement generated by contract builds

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 2-4 years of experience in the healthcare industry related to payer reimbursement
• Experience with hospital or physician insurance contract build and managed care
• Familiarity with the interpretation of insurance contract verbiage and contract management platforms
• Must obtain CRCR certification within 9 months of hire
